How to paint - Warriors of Chaos - Tzeentch colour schema

Toady I post a quick tutorial on how I painted a Warrior of Chaos in Tzeentch colour schema. You can review the gallery here.

Basecote: Imperial Primer

Armour

  • Layer: Leadblecher
  • Wash: Nuln Oil
  • Layer: Runefang Steel I apply Runefang Steel on all the armour part leaving the recesses. I drybrush a little bit the chainmail.
  • Glaze: Guilliman Blue I glazed the whole armour with glaze paint.
  • Glaze: Waywatcher Green I apply the Waywatcher Green glaze only in few places not on the whole armour.

Sword blade

  • Layer: Leadblecher
  • Wash: Nuln Oil
  • Highlight: Runefang Steel

Gold

  • Layer: Auric Armour
  • Wash: Seraphim Sepia
  • Highlight: Runefang Steel

Fur

  • Layer: Doombull Brown
  • Drybrush: Tuskigor Fur I did a very heavy drybrush.
  • Wash: Agrax Earthshade
  • Drybrush: Tuskigor Fur

Cloak

  • Layer: Zandri Dust
  • Layer: Karak Stone I apply a water down multiply layers of Karak Stone leaving some parts of Zandri Dust.
  • Wash: Seraphim Sepia
  • Layer: Karak Stone Once again water down Karak Stone but I cover smaller parts of the cloak.
  • Highlight: 1:1 Karak Stone / Screaming Skull

Weathering on cloak

  • Drybrush: Steel Legion Drab
  • Drybrush: Rhinox Hide

Gloves

  • Layer: Kantor Blue
  • Wash: Nuln Oil
  • Highlight: Alaitoc Blue

Boots

  • Layer: Eshin Grey
  • Wash: Nuln Oil
  • Highlight: Dawnstone

Belt

  • Layer: Rhinox Hide
  • Wash: Agrax Earthshade
  • Highlight: Doombull Brown

Horns

  • Layer: Zandri Dust
  • Wash: Seraphim Sepia
  • Highlight: Ushabti Bone
  • Highlight: Screaming Skull

Base

  • Technical: Stirland Mud
  • Drybrush: Eldar Flesh
  • Rim: Steel Legion Drab
  • Middenheim tufts
