City table on Moon Base Klaisus new terrain project

After finishing The Industrial terrain from Moon Base Klaisus box and looking thru my boxes of terrain laying on a big pile I decided to start a new bigger terrain project. Buying just two or three additional citadel boxes of terrain and adding some scratch build scatter pieces I should have a full city board mostly covered with GW buildings. I don’t put a tide deadline on this one but hope till the end of 2018 I finish most of the work. To see all the progress and galleries just for that build I created a #Ruin City Table

After finishing a big batch of buildings, I set them up on my gaming table and thought that without bases they look plain. Due to small capacity of storage I could not add bases to the buildings as it would be even harder to storage them. I’m a big fan on MDF scenery especially British company - TTCombat. I really enjoyed building their Ruin Sector that you can see here. The buildings from the set are great and all come with bases but when you set up them to create a bigger building it creates strange looking gaps between bases. Of course, you can fill them with some loose stones to blend with the table etc. but I wanted something else.
